Everyone can agree that insurance is the evil no one wants or asks for....but everyone in this office really does care about their clients. I never felt like a number. I felt seen and heard and most importantly, they were able to lower my rate while offering me better coverage. Kyle really took the time to not hear my situation, but really put in the effort to take care of me. They worked around my schedule to ensure that switching insurance providers was easy and painless. I have absolutely no complaints, from the first day Ive worked with Melanie and she has been absolutely wonderful, always prompt with following up, always diligent in her work, and continues to help you until whatever problem you have is resolved. The agency is certainly a bang for your buck, they find you the lowest rates and their customer service is beyond excellent. Throughout my time with them, Ive probably only had 2 or 3 issues that was on the insurance companys part and each problem was resolved in less than 72 hours, even if their whole team has to play a part in making sure your problem is resolved.
