Jj Stowell The people there were nice! Extremely professional and coordinated with what I needed help with. Other than having a hard time finding them in the building, they did exemplary work!

David Yanz The Woodbury Insurance Agency has (2) very competent and friendly insurance agents in the office on most days. Irene and Kim have given me excellent service over the many years that I have been working with them. They are always willing to go the extra mile for you in helping, and explaining any questions. To be honest, they are probably the main reason that I have remained with Allstate, and a customer of this agency. Good, personal service is hard to find these days, but the Woodbury Agency still has it. A 1-800-xxx-xxxx based company and agency does not work for me.

Clayton Grant For a large company that is concerned about customer service MET life has proved to me that there is NO sense of urgency to help their clients in their time of need. It has taken 6 weeks to process my short term disability claim. I have been told that more documentation is needed time and time again and that faxes have not been sent/recieved and my case manager has blamed my health care provider for not sending documents after I stood there and watched them send it. 7 times this has happened. Unless something miraculous happens I plan to drop MET insurance as soon as this case is settled, and tell everyone I work with of my experience and that they should consider another company for their insurance needs. I have tried to be patient and let the bureaucracy play out, but it seems that this approach does not work either. Also, it seems that actually calling their clients back after leaving several messages is just simply to much to ask.

Big Dee My first time dealing with the folks at GEM Agency! I only knew about them through their informational flyer in my mailbox!! I decided to call them, and a wonderful young lady answered! Her name is Ana! She was very friendly, informative, and professional!! She fought for me to get a great rate, and I now am a happy customer of the GEM Agency!! While this concept doesnt seem applicable to some companies, I can certainly confirm it is applicable and true for McEvoy Insurance. My wife and I were stuck after we had to deal with a horrible insurance company which kept trying to drop our policy while citing strange and vague reasons for their cancelation attempts. We finally had enough and wanted to find a better insurance carrier for our house we just purchased. We reached out by phone to McEvoy Insurance and spoke with David and Zach. Zach took the time to listen to our concerns, our needs and our situation with our last insurance carrier. He worked very quickly to find us a great insurance carrier that worked for our needs, our banks requirements, and most importantly, worked with our budget. I cannot recommend this company enough! Robert Rabbin Been with them for decades and never found a reason to switch. Being a long -term bundled customer means your rates dont go up simply due to accidents or claims (if reasonable). They always pick up the phone and will tell you exactly what you need to do in any situation.
