3 /5 Ryan H.: I had a really difficult time with an employee at this State Farm. I dont want to say her name because I feel thats rude, but Im confident that I cant be the only person thats had a bad experience with her. If youre going to try and cancel a persons account, especially one who has never missed a payment, its probably better to check in with them first as opposed to assume they just dont care. Had I known my payment account was invalid, I wouldve fixed it right away (and I did when I saw the problem, two weeks later). She made me uncomfortable with the idea of being a client with State Farm in future years and worse, she wasnt really that apologetic. Hoping future experiences will prove otherwise.
