Kaeley McAdam I recently switched over to Bailey Place for both my auto and homeowners insurance. Jon was able to get me a great deal for both policies, especially on our home. We have better coverage at a cheaper rate with Erie Insurance which has a great reputation. He was super helpful every step of the way and was also very patient with me asking questions and never made me feel like a bother. bobkat40 I hadnt seen my agent in person as I had been taking care of my account on-line, but I recently had to call with questions & possible changes to my account, and was contacted with all the answers I needed ! Deborah is very knowledgeable in auto & home insurance, took the time to have a great conversation over the phone with me and went out of her way to accommodate my needs in a time when you cannot normally meet in the office/walk-in visit. In times like these (2020!), I value being able to talk to a human voice (not a confusing automated system) and customer service is very important to me.
