The rates went up drastically. Although all rates went up. I compared and Calkins went up double.
They did not follow up with important insurance tasks that are very upsetting.
Our home owners insurance got canceled n they knew it , they sent several letters but the customer never received but they dont feel responsible although we are a customer n could not call us to verify we didnt have home insurance on a home worth hundreds of thousands...
They just dont seem to care. Get rude n blame you when they are the agent..
We received an email from the recent owner of Calkins in Caps. Yelling about a simple insurance request. She was extremely rude on the phone and doesnt display good customer service.
We tried getting a refund from being overcharge for 2 years and they stated to reach out to the company directly, when we called the company s phone numberdirect, the call circled right back to Calkins. Very confusing, n unprofessional.
Their communication skills are very complex n confusing.
Its seems there are children there that belong to the workers ? Not sure what that is about .. others say are they running a daycare there ?
Maybe they are too busy with children?
And They clearly had A Fax number available on their website but when u sent information n followed up Miranda, she says
We havent had a fax in years.. like the customer is suppose to know that. The Fax number was listed on their website . She went on how nobody uses faxes anymore... Ever excuse. With attitude like her mother , saying the Fax should have not been used. And For me. They will take the fax number off their website. Is that mis representation..
Other insurance companies n reputable companies use Fax , electronic n machines.
I would not recommend them for insurance.
Maybe 20 or 30 years ago it was trustworthy... n good
Im sorry to have reported this but I wouldnt want no one to be treated that way by these 2 women .
I was shocked at the lower quote difference when we shopped around.
