One missed payment: they cancelled my auto insurance and are refusing to reinstate it because I dont have existing insurance because my policy lapsed a week ago. Customer service was a joke. Update: The local office called and offered to reinstate the policy for double what I was originally paying.

1 /5 Vlad Yakusevich: Wasted a couple of hours. They sent that "prequalified quote" spam by mail and after two(!) hours on a phone going through details of the coverage, I get a call next day saying that they would not insure. Why waste my time?

1 /5 gary Miles: Very hard to work with, just use your local agency!! Im a car salesman, they refused to send me cards on behalf of a customer after already sending the binder and originally taking info from me, costing me a few hours of time chasing them down.
