I’ve been a customer for over 10 years (I think… could be longer)… and I couldn’t be more pleased. When you call, Carla answers and answers/fixes all your problems. You’re not talking to someone in another town or state! It’s professional, trustworthy and efficient business- especially with Carla at the helm of day to day operations. I remember I was stopped by the MPs at a military base because I didn’t have my current car insurance… I immediately called Carla and she immediately faxed over the paperwork. It was THAT easy. It’s always THAT easy… with anything. I never thought insurance could be so hassle free. I 100% recommend this office for all of your policy needs.
