kamal Salfarlie My experience with Ms. McLean and her staff has been above my expectations as a homeowner. Here are 2 of many positive experiences I have had. 1.) At the time, I had Homeowners Insurance with Farmers trough another agent and after reviewing my policy, instead of trying to offer me a policy through her company, she encouraged me to keep my existing policy with Farmers. (Honesty and Trust) 2.) There was a fire in my tenants apartment and she immediately she was able to advise me on the best next steps and recommend an Insurance damage assessment team who worked for me. She also contacted them so I could receive their best compensation rate. They responded quickly and I received more than enough to repair my home. This is the type of Insurance Agent we all need!

I had a real challenging claim, one that you could use to measure a team’s effectiveness. Not only did they respond and perform exceptionally but they were very supportive of me, personally.. Brian Saltzer Very unprofessional company and atrocious customer service. Farmers never paid out a claim for missed time from work and never covered there portion of no fault medical payments. I cannot recommend Farmers insurance.

Sonja Klykken-Urtz My Step son was buying his first "new " Truck(on a Saturday) and was trying to find information out on Insurance. I called Knowing they were closed and left a message anyway. My Husband was called back within the hour with quotes. This is the type of service you will receive with this Company. This is one of the many reasons I stay with this company. Instead of being a number you are a name and face. They come to your house if needed,they bend over backwards for you and your family.
