I struggle to make these difficult phone calls but Erika Mevissen was so very wonderful and helpful, I cant express enough the quick and effective work she does and her ability to consistently understand my questions as well as answer them. I was in a hurry to get the progress done and without her Im not sure it wouldve happened in time. Truly one of the best operators Id had and definitely deserves a raise if not a bonus for the hard work she is doing. D B Ultra high premiums and coverage that is abysmal. So many exclusions as to make your policy worthless to you should you have a claim. They also underwrite so as to make a profit off of every policy. Pay off the thing by any means instead of giving these people money for a worthless insurance product.
