1 /5 Brandy Campolito: Very very bad experience with an agent by the name of Shana Gurse. I called for a mutual customer to get insurance all set and was told multiple times that she was still waking up I needed to calm myself down and wait. 12:15 by the way. I was very respectful to this women and I was relegated very poorly in return. I will definitely not ever recommend a customer to this location. I would have given her a zero and hope you replay her call with me.

2 /5 Essence: I have been a client for about eight years. I have only dealt with Shayna in the office, and she is very sweet… When I can get a hold of them. That is my only gripe, and it has become worse over the years. If I send an email, I don’t get a response back even after sending another. If I make a phone call, I’m always leaving messages and again not getting a phone call back. It is only when I actually drive to the office where now I am face-to-face is where I get to connect, and that’s pretty unacceptable. I understand that I am not the only client, but my needs are important just like everyone else. It would be nice if I received some sort of response with at least 72 hours but I don’t get that.

5 /5 Barbara Starratt: Upfront and perfect. office manager Shayna is excellent solving problems. knows the in and out of insurance. I asked her questions she responds with knowledge of the subject. Pleasant office. tastefully decorated. We are happy with the Skeele Agency. Thank you.
