5 /5 Adriana Merino: Normally I dont leave reviews but I needed to commend the representative Olivia Finkle for her amazing work. I went into SFCU needing a loan to register for SUNY Delhi and finish up school. I told her I need the loan within a two day period due to classes starting at that time. I explained my situation and she helped me straight away. She was very informative and even sent me messages outlining each step of the procedure. Mrs. Finkle was not only informative but made it feel as though she cared deeply for the situation. Ultimately she helped to provide me a loan within my time frame, that best fit my needs. She is a wonderful representative and I wont bank with anyone else but her!

Susan Fitzgerald I was introduced to Ken and his company when he came to speak at our school district regarding the 403b “scam” that many teachers are faced with. I then met with him personally to learn more about the 403b options that are available to me. He was patient and extremely passionate and informative regarding the topic. He went out of his way to compare my current plan with the other plans available to me. There was absolutely no pressure to use his services. He genuinely wanted to inform teachers about this issue and was willing to spend the time necessary to educate me.
I have continued to work with Ken over the past 2 years, setting up plans that are appropriate for me and my financial situation. He has continued to be accessible, helpful and responsive no matter what the issue is.

shawn dibello Very disappointed in the way I was treated by the teller on the phone. I called about my account, when I tried to explain to the teller what happened I was cut off twice by her saying, “ I don’t care”. When I asked one other question I was told, “ Just keep an eye on your account”. I hung up and called the Grant Ave branch was treated a thousand times better and they even apologized for what the other teller said to me. I’ll most likely be closing all my accounts soon and going to a different bank. And yes I do know the ride tellers name and did provide it to the second branch.
Jenna Dorsey I give 5 Star Bank Credit. Someone online offered to donate money to AuburnRox through cash app. They were able to then use that to get into my bank account and attempt to take money from it. 5 Star recognized this to be odd and shut it down. I’m still a bit leery of banks now, but they are always pleasant. The workers in the Auburn 5 Star bank have been nothing short of helpful and patient.
