5 /5 Plattsburgh Yipes: I recently opened an account at SeaComm Federal Credit Union in Plattsburgh. They have been beyond helpful and friendly. I messed up, not realizing that I opened a savings, vs checking account and wrote a check on the account. They contacted me, completed all the paperwork and created a checking account for me in the time it took me to drive over and sign the papers. Check never bounced and all is good. That is real service!

5 /5 Linda Layo: I have been a Seacomm Federal Credit Union member since the early 1970s. I moved from Massena to Plattsburgh more than 10 years ago but I continued to hold all my accounts with them. They are a wonderful group of people and I have never had a bad experience in all those years. I am excited that the Plattsburgh branch opened up in the last few months. Already the Plattsburgh employees have settled in and been more than gracious every time I go to the office. Of course, there are always growing pains with any new business but if an employee didnt have an answer for me they quickly called someone. I have been extremely satisfied with this credit union. Seacomm also cares about the community they represent and will be an excellent contributor to this area. It is a testament to their business growth that they expanded from Massena to Canton, Potsdam, Malone and Ogdensburg areas before coming to Plattsburgh.
