Warwick Valley Financial Advisors - Warwick

Susan Fitzgerald I was introduced to Ken and his company when he came to speak at our school district regarding the 403b “scam” that many teachers are faced with. I then met with him personally to learn more about the 403b options that are available to me. He was patient and extremely passionate and informative regarding the topic. He went out of his way to compare my current plan with the other plans available to me. There was absolutely no pressure to use his services. He genuinely wanted to inform teachers about this issue and was willing to spend the time necessary to educate me. I have continued to work with Ken over the past 2 years, setting up plans that are appropriate for me and my financial situation. He has continued to be accessible, helpful and responsive no matter what the issue is. I have recommended his services to my coworkers and will continue to do so. I am grateful to have found someone so knowledgeable, friendly and convenient.

AmeriCU Credit Union - Watertown

Samantha Beecher I am actually Samanthas Dad and I have the AmeriCU account (not sure what happened here). Ive had accounts at Key Bank, Community Bank, NFCU, and Redwood and maybe more. When I was going to receive SSDI, I needed an account. Key Bank said no because I had paid off a small car loan 6 months early.....40 years ago. Community said no because I defaulted on a loan balance of $600 15 years ago....I had their correspondence in my hand to prove I paid it (amusingly, they had to cash my checks as theyre government checks written on their bank! Lmao!). I didnt ask NFCU because I was always treated as a low life when I had an account there... mustve been the hair and tattoos ( my signature was forged on some papers and they wouldnt even look into it even though I could prove it wasnt my signature). I called AmeriCU...as soon as I said "disability" I was invited to open an account. I mentioned my apparently poor banking history. It didnt matter. They have suffered my ignorance, unresponsiveness, frustration, and having to repeat themselves regularly. My credit score is good now with very little effort on my part. Wouldnt be doing as well with finances now if not for them. Stop in, have a cold drink, or hot, or both. They might not be for you. But I treat them the way I expect to be treated and if theyre whispering and giggling behind my back, theyre waiting til Im gone! Kudos, AmeriCU. I wonder if theyve a dating service? I Love You, AmeriCU!

Mintco Financial, Inc. - Buffalo

gloria seiler Weve known Mike Minter for several years. He set us up with a Variable Universal Life Insurance policy a long time ago around 15 years ago. That ended up being one of if not the best financial decisions we have ever made. Because of the loan feature we saved over $350 a month transferring some higher debt loans like private educational loans (that received no tax or government benefit). We are so glad that we have a policy set-up for our three year old daughter and will set another one up for our next daughter coming soon!
