The Ulster Savings bankfraud team was on it immediately and helped to stop any future mischief by the thieves. But then I had to work through the process of restoring the funds and this is why you deal with a local bank! They were so sympathetic and did a lot of work to get my financial state back to normal. Kristen Smith Had nbt bank senice I was 6 years old my mom made a kids account for me so when I turn 18 it would help me with collage funds. So when I was 18 made new account as an grown up started having a Debt card and using it. it save my life because my cash keeps being stoleing so everything on card around. I carry that card in my hand 24/7. Also love nbt online banking helps me to know how much I can spend tell u how munch in your card. Only problem people like to hack my account. But I guess it happens to everyone not sure what to do about it. Also Like how bank texts and call To tell me if there there a hacker trying to use my card. Staff is friendly. The staff there takes time to help u out.
