No costumer service a lot of bugs in there app and they could put hold on your account for quite a while for every stupid charge
Jill DeMatteo Purchased a used beautiful JD 320 riding mower! Started with a phone call to Clifton Park. Paul was very helpful steered me in the right direction. Call up to Malone NY branch where I worked w/Chet in sales. Long story short, he had it sent (no charge) to their MountainView branch in Plattsburgh where I picked it up after a thorough lesson from general manager Tom who was very patient. This is different from any riding mower Ive owned and Ive had three in 40 years. Chet is even sending me a manual! Got a parts discount on a seat cover and some oil courtesy of military discount which I greatly appreciated. Excellent all-around teamwork and service. I hope to have this for many years but when its time for another one Im going right back to these guys. Well done. Thank you.
Ashley Wheeler DO NOT GET A CAR LOAN WITH ESL. THEY ARE THE WORSE. My suv almost paid off I been paying for late fee since 2021 they adding $132.00 extra to my loan for late fee when I was already paying off the late fees when I made my car payment I own. I have called ESL 3 times and speak to a manger and nothing. Do not get a car loan with them all I have to say. I have not had my SUV since September bc the timing chain went but I am still paying my payment and they do this its not ok...

Gail Monso Visited to pay property taxes. Waited on entry line for 45.minutes. Elderly and disabled customers not accommodated even when asked at front desk.
clerks were ignoring people standing on.line to enter to help those who were inside and could not ask.a windows clerk in the waiting area for assistance.
System not.customer friendly. Many people were from.outside NYC assisting relatives with paying property taxes.
No dedicated lines or assistance with people who owed excessive amounts of parking ticket.
People and corporations paying property taxes were coming glad with peoples who cars were towed.or.owed extensive.amounts of.parking tickets.
law.abiding citizens just want.to.pay taxes. online system was not working. no kiosk in the area dedicated to pay property tax with the assistance of a representative.
