That saved me the time and energy of having to deal with the insurance carrier myself - which, for a busy person such as myself, is invaluable... Awesome people, awesome service. Highly recommended!

D G Lowest premium for Landlord insurance! I shopped around and these guys are the best. I have a few businesses and all of them have insurance through Lawrence Associates. Watch out for annual increase, but once you mention it, they will take it back. Highly recommended.
