1 /5 Brian Koehler: This company is a joke. Try to get anything done on the customer service line and try not to lose your mind. The worst experience Ive had with any claim. They want you to give up so they can keep your money. Also why do yall have 3 reviews. Deleting the bad ones eh?

1 /5 Erica Williams: Sad to see that is not just me who is going through this, I will now be contacting a lawyer. My parked car was hit by someone with your insurance almost 2 weeks ago and NOTHING. No phone call, no email, I had to call yesterday. Finally got a claim number and a claim adjuster. Left her a message this morning and NOTHING. You should be ashamed.

1 /5 Taylor’s: This insurance co A TOTAL SCAM!!I DONOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! I was so pissed off at that rep I got should of took his name, couldn’t even help me try to update my new bank account and kept telling me it’s going too cancel a month from now n we in July! As many times as I told him I just need to update it he kept saying he couldn’t do it! N that I was cancelled made no sense! He had no knowledge on anything! What kind of reps do you all have that can’t take a payment nor try to update the new bank info!!!!!!!!! Or help me!! This is a scam insurance
