In comparing the Conklin Agency to the " the big guys" my only disappointment is that I didnt inquire sooner. Equal coverage at a much better price is great. However, it is the ease of doing business with Kari that really impressed us. She provided several options within a day. All were better that what I had. Catgy Worse car insurance I’ve EVER had!!!! NEVER calls back/communicates when you have a claim. VERY CHEAP when it comes to your repairs !! Took them months to adjust my claim and still got it wrong! I’d never get this insurance again !!! Update!! Instead of helping the customer they’ve decided to investigate my claim because I’ve left a negative review! That’s the quickest they’ve worked my entire claim Is when it’s beneficial to them !
