If you want a good passport photo, hassle-free exchange of currency, a deal on strong luggage, a decent price on a safe foreign adventure, this small office does it all. And much faster than elsewhere. Also, obviously they’re AAA, so it’s where everybody goes to buy road assistance. North Country winters pretty much make it a necessity to get AAA road assistance. I know you can go online. But I swear, it is actually FASTER and EASIER to drop in here and let the women of AAA do it for you. They know their stuff and you’re in and out in a flash. I mean, unless you end up looking at a brochure and suddenly you’re staying longer to get set up with a safe trip to London at an absurdly cheap price. Idk how they make money off the international travel packages. Everything is included. Prices are like, is it sketchy or real??? But it’s real! The overseas accommodations they partner with are always super safe, used to American tourists, and waiting for your arrival. And it’s like, why the hell not? London, Barcelona, Rome. All great times. All safe accommodations. They make it affordable for people who have been yearning to see the historic cathedrals, the special places in our favorite novels, the foods we’ve drooled over on the tv travel shows, the adventures we’ve thought were out of our budgets. I don’t wanna be morbid but, don’t you deserve a little something more than just go to work and come home and watch tv about all the places you wish you could go if only you live long enough after you retire? Why the hell not NOW? Try AAA. They do get addictive ngl. Anyways, highly knowledgeable staff. Very efficient service. Interesting foreign adventures at affordable prices. Also their blue carpet is WILD. Seriously it’s worth getting a look at it lol.

4 /5 Nik B.: Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about almost everything travel-related. That and a AAA membership get you free guide books and maps to use on your trips. I also had to use their emergency roadside assistance on one occasion and the gentleman who came to my assistance was professional, courteous and efficient. Well worth the cost of an annual renewal.

2 /5 Alexa Collyer: First time calling this location and it will likely be my last. I can’t remember the name of the woman I spoke to, but she was in the travel department. I called to inquire about a rental car as a precaution for our trip in case of snow cancelling flights. I lined up a series of questions and had all of the information she needed ready. However, from the very beginning I got a lot of condescending tone and rude remarks about things I wouldn’t necessarily have known about- hence my calling!! Such as being underage and those fees, my maiden name needing to be changed to married name on my card, our car size choice with what we need to pack, etc. It was a lot of what she said and consistently how she said it. I left that call with the information needed, but being extremely disappointed in how I was spoken to. I felt like more of an inconvenience than a paying customer. Suffice to say I will not be calling this location again for help.
