Alexs customer service and knowledge of coverage is OUTSTANDING! He was so patient, understanding, thorough and completely answered all of my many questions. In addition, he promptly returned my email inquiry whereas other agencies never even responded. This is the way customer should be! Plus, Alex and Quinton saved me several hundred dollars and gave me better coverage! I cant say enough good things about Alex and Quinton. If you want great customer service, awesome rates and coverage you need to give them a call!

I didnt have to wait for him to follow up with me, and he even stayed on the phone while I filled out my paperwork to ensure that I wasnt missing anything/ to answer questions I had along the way. Would definitely recommend him as an agent to anyone in the future!

I was referred to them and from the moment I first called, they understood the best way to get myself and my teenage son insured; by my estimation they saved me at least $600 in doing so. They were responsive, they took all of the paperwork off of my plate, and they even handled cancelling the overpriced insurance I had before I found them. I did not expect this level of expert professionalism and I wanted to rave about their company here.
