Susan Highly recommended! I found Cote Agency by googling local Saratoga Springs insurance agencies, as I wanted an agent I could call when needed, who knew me vs a 1-800 number agency. I read the reviews about Cote Agency and Nicole, in the Saratoga office. The office and Nicole exceeded my expectations and I knew just talking on the phone with her that I had made the right choice! My work schedule can make it difficult to get to their office and Nicole was able to take care of what was required to get my vehicle insured (new purchase) working directly with the dealership on my behalf. The sales department even commented on her knowledge and expertise when I picked up my car. I followed up with Nicole at her office to complete all the paperwork after purchasing my car. She was friendly, knowledgeable and organized, having all documents ready for me to sign. Nicole took care of every detail from car to home insurance ( no heavy sales push at all). Jeff Johnson Rob is just an absolutely awesome guy! And is willing to do whatever it takes to get you the best deal possible. My 20 year old daughter is buying her first brand new car. She got a quote from her current insurance company for $400 dollars per month and I almost fell over. I contacted Rob to see if we could get that lower. After Rob took the time to contact cooperate because my daughter is buying a 2024 model year. And having them upload that model year in the system because it’s too early for those rates to be available. Rob was able to get my daughters quote to $140 per month! Rob saved my daughter $260 per month!! And quickly too! This man will do everything in his power to get you the best rate possible!!! My opinion 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you again Rob! Griffer Anything regarding insurance is always quick and easy to deal with here. The staff are friendly and communicate policies, dates and other information accurately and most importantly clearly. I only pay two times a year with half of my family using their services. Good people with real positive small town qualities.
