1 /5 007: Worst experience in my life, was told by secretary Lauren that the VP was busy on the other line and assured me I would be getting a call back that day. No call back and weeks have gone by now and still NO CALL BACK. Absolutely the worst Insurance company Ive ever dealt with. Stay away!!!!
