1 /5 John J. Murray: 0 stars was not an option. Please do not do business with this company. I was a customer for 2 years, they constantly raised my rates with no claims and when I had a legitimate claim for a totaled car due to the transmission being damaged during a car accident they would not pay my claim in full now Im stuck with a car that needs a new transmission and the cost of the transmission is more than the car is worth. Theyll do anything and everything to not pay your claim. Do not do business with this company, youll surely regret it.

1 /5 Nick Rizzo: Never ever will I use progressive again in my life time. I had progressive 2 times n this will be my last time. I was quoted 221 by my sale rep. She runs my info they come back n stated premium has increased to 231 a month due to a claim for a chip in my windshield (which is cool cause it less then I’m paying now) so I agree with the lady n get the ball rolling. Sign all my documents n get my auto pay set up Im very happy cause yearsss of never getting a lower quote has come my way. It’s always increasing due to whatever bs the insurance company pushes. Fast forward to day 3 of progressive insurance I received a email not a phone call but a email stating changes have been made to my document! So I open the app only to find out my policy has increase 240 bucks for 6 months of premium that 38 bucks a month more then what they quoted me. I’d never knew about the massive increase if I didn’t stay up on my emails So as a concerned customer I call n find out one of my answers was in line with there requirements Unfortunately I had GEICO for 11 months n 2 weeks when I needed to have it for 12 plus months to qualify for the discount. I was never informed by my sale rep about me being a couple weeks short of one year. Same person that can tell me if I have tickets, accidents, “windshield chip claim” but can’t inform me I’m not qualified for the discount due to not having it for a year. I spent 4 hours on the phone to get the run around. One of them stanky lady hang up on me lol These insurance company’s are frauds How can yah charge me soooo much money literally double then what I’m currently paying ?? I pay 160 a month now!!!!! 2 months ago I was paying 290 a month lol scammers will be scammers

1 /5 Kaila Brown: If I could give no stars I would. I am currently with this company however, will not be for very long. This company is charging me $300.00 dollars monthly for car insurance. Every year it goes up. When I call to inquire, the Rep stated that due to the accidents in my area, determines how much car insurance will go up or down every year. My father stated he never heard of such lies. Picture this, you work super hard...paycheck to paycheck. Then, Progressive robs you blind, an upward $300.00 in car insurance monthly folks.....the new quote for January, 2025. Yet, I have no points on my record and accident free for almost a decade. All in all, this insurance company has no mercy. Hence, Progressive will rob you every year, charging you more and more. I leave you with this.........if $300.00 a month for car insurance is acceptable, then the ratings would be roughly 4-5 stars. Read for yourself folks.....the ratings suck which reflects this garbage company!!!

1 /5 Jeffrey Unknown: Progressive is so dumb tried to get qoute and they tried to set me up with commercial insurance on my personal vehicle that Im already insured thru allstate was trying to find cheaper and they refused to give qoute for personal auto "Based on their guidelines" DONT go to progressive!!!
