Not only did they guide me to the proper insurance needed but also saved money on the policy as a whole. The best part is I get one bill monthly with all things included for the multiple house policy. Everything is on auto pay which makes it easy. I would definitely recommend their company to whoever is looking for a one stop shop for all of their insurance needs

Based on my first interaction, I would have rated the agency 5 stars, but the second interaction was even better! I contacted her again recently when our policy expired to see if it would make sense to bundle our auto with our home insurance. Even though it had been 6 months, she chatted with me like we had spoken yesterday. She asked me about our new baby (remembering that we were pregnant when we spoke last!) and had detailed notes on our car insurance needs from our previous conversation. She hardly needed any details to re-run a quote for us. I was very impressed and will be happy to work with Karen again in the future when our insurance is up for renewal.
