Margaret Lacey Berman I usually pay all of my insurance invoices directly on the Nationwide website. This year we were lucky enough to pay off our mortgage so I needed to pay our home insurance directly. The website had not been updated and would not permit me to pay the insurance invoice. So whenever I have an issue I call Frank Manos he always can help me with my insurance challenges. In a matter of minutes Frank updated the situation he was able to accept my payment (I did not want it to be late) and made sure I was set up for next years payment. Frank Manos has always been an outstanding insurance agent and it is a pleasure working with him.

Ramona Lukee Shanti, has been my agent for the past 2 years she is extremely helpful. She explains the differences between policies in detail and is always available to answer my questions. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend UG Insurance without any hesitation!

Sharon Alexander Jerry and Toni are very knowledgeable about all insurances, discounts, and offers. They work with you to determine the best insurance you need at the best price. They combined our home and auto insurances that we used to take care of online ourselves. It is much better to have this agency to take care of these things all in one place. They are attentive and the one-on-one personal assistance is refreshing.

I have had nothing but good experiences and great customer service provided from them. Amanda helped me recently with renewing my car insurance and she was very kind and helpful during the process. She even reached out to me twice a month before my car insurance needed to be renewed to remind me which was very appreciated! Everything was clear, straight forward, and easy to understand. I couldn’t recommend this company more. They really do care about their clientele and providing the best service possible!
