D A I live pay check to pay check and Ive gotten a car loan and a personal loan from this bank, both without issue. I havent tried calling for customer service as other people complain about but going through the app Ive gotten immediate responses. Theyve never made errors or done me wrong, and are a HUGE upgrade in every way from my experience with Tompkins trust in trumansburg. Night and day difference, and Im thankful they exist.
