Great people there. Got a new car, fast and low down payment. Also the loan isn’t 100 years and payment is reasonable.

1 /5 Allison Terrell: I want to share my experience to warn others about Absolute Auto Credit in South Glens Falls. When I leased a car here, the salesman (Matt) told us the vehicle had only been in one accident. After getting the CarFax, we discovered it had been in multiple accidents, with reversed/incorrect mileage reporting, and that it was a salvage vehicle The car is worth around $1,000, yet the lease contract traps me into paying over 20,0000 . I have made payments for more than a year, but the numbers just don’t make sense. This feels extremely predatory and unfair. When I raised my concerns, I was told I should have “done my research” and was even called “stupid.” That kind of treatment toward customers — especially those going through financial hardships — is unacceptable. On top of all this, the dealership actually offers gift cards in exchange for good reviews. That alone says a lot about how they try to cover up what customers are really going through. In my opinion, Absolute Auto Credit preys on vulnerable people with misleading sales tactics, abusive practices, and dishonest review-boosting. If you are considering buying or leasing here, please be very careful: check the title history yourself, review every line of the contract, and know what you’re signing. I hope sharing my experience helps protect future consumers from going through what I did.

5 /5 Sarah Ramsey: The guys here so great Matthew helped me get in to a Brand new to me 2021 Chevy equinox when I was in a pinch and couldn’t get a car anywhere else they even stayed after closing for me to pick up my car had my car almost a week and it started a rattling sound called and got it looked at the same day and fixed turns out it was only the heat shield these guys are so friendly and helpful and the best place around to get a car if you have credit issues

1 /5 Nathaniel Gilligan: Recently bought a 2018 Kia soul used from this dealer back in march.before buying it and signing paperwork Mathew the car sales man or should I say Mr.suck you in and get you for your money…told me this vechil had an engine replaced Didint think anything off it made several service appointments for various things and could never get me in anytime sooner then two weeks.so around the beginning of August I contacted them in regards to to a knock sensor or needing a new engine well after that I found. Out it was my engine rods but before that I found a stored code for engine rods. well they yet again pushed me off till when ever they pleased.today I’m dealing with there stupidity and carless decisions on not replacing the engine .so now I’m stuck to pay 5 k for an engine rj in parts or body said .1500 for a new engine used online so that was a red flag for me number two was oh we need 2500 and we will add the other to the term .well no thx you ill pay for an engine and 500 in labor and save a hell of a lot of money then to pay somone 3 thousand to do it..I know the owner will probbly remove this review but idc I will post till this dealer ship goes down for being shady SOBS my vechil s been sitting out of commission for weeks yet they still beg for the payment DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS
