4 /5 Nick Hermann: Very friendly and helpful staff. They approved me and my soon to be wife or an unsecure personal loan. Was very easy to do and staff very nice. Loan officer was Chris. Unfortunately we ended up going with our credit union for a lower rate and even when I had to call and cancel Chris was very friendly and had no problem even though they are comissioned sales I believe. Only reason I didnt do a 5 star review was because they wanted us to use both our cars as collateral and we both owe on our cars at a 4% interest rate, they said they would pay the cars off and do one big loan and be able to give us 1800 more on the loan. But it wouldnt make any sense to add the cars loans in for a measly 1800 more and go from a 4% to a 24% interest on the car loans. But they didnt try to pressure us into it they only offered it, uneducated buyers may have fell for that so be careful. Great experience though.
