1 /5 Sarah Lynn: I only put a star so I could write a review.. however Im taking that star away.. I DO NOT recommend their services. I handed my taxes in April and got them back in August for them to have been done very poorly... and then never filed! They have poor communication skills if they even answer the phone.

1 /5 Justin Frank: Very poor service here. I have a tax return due under extension for October and dropped them off about a month ago with all the book keeping already done. I just need them filed and make sure proper deductions are credited. In a month, Ive called 1-2 times a week just for an update and keep being told "I let her know to call you" and they never call back. This is for a month straight after being told I would get a call back about 5 times. 0/5, 100% failure rate on call backs so far. UPDATE: After promising the tax return would be done on time, they failed to do so. This place is completely pathetic and cannot be trusted. Receptionist is also rude and hysterical.

1 /5 Shawn Pisciotti: Taxes were promised to be done before extension expired. Went to get them filed and the receptionist had a meltdown saying she cant control when they are done after promising they would be done today. She then created a whole scene claiming she felt threatened and acted completely crazy. Had to pick up my paperwork and go elsewhere after they caused me to be late on the extension. Unreliable and act crazy when asked to follow through on their promises.

5 /5 Aries H: They have been doing my taxes for the last 3 years and I have never had a single issue with any of their services. They have always been upfront, friendly, and especially respectful with me and anyone I have referred to them. The staff is always so nice when I go there. Ill be a customer for as long as they are in business!

1 /5 Danielle Williams: Dropped taxes off under extension 2 months in advance, was promised they would be done today when the extension was due. The receptionist repeatedly lies and acts rude when questioned and they refuse to allow you to talk to accountant. Today was the day they promised they would be done and then Im told they havent had time to get them done (in 2 months). Absolutely unreliable and pathetic service. Stay away from this place. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent.
