From day one, he has been clear about his mission- assisting us to achieve sustained growth and security while we enjoy our retirement years. And, he left us with a sense that we were a team in doing so. As part of the clearly defined process that he has used to support us, he spent considerable time getting to know us, including details of our family, our goals, and interests as well as our concerns and fears. Hes pushed us to think about how to maximize our lives while providing for each other and our heirs.
We appreciate that Brett "maintains a presence." We hear from him regularly (at least monthly via newsletter) but in-person at least twice a year and "as-needed" when specific questions arise. We count on both the newsletters and personal meetings for a clear picture of where we are financially, an explanation of things impacting the market and our finances. Hes inquisitive, and always looking to keep up with changes in our status.
