We also value his responsiveness. He always promptly returns my emails or calls and is happy to answer any questions that I may have. I appreciate that he is fee-only. I have used commission based planners in the past and I always wondered whether they had my financial best interest in mind or if they were married to a particular fund or security based on the commission that they would receive if they sold it to me. I love not having to wonder with Jeff. I recommend him without reservation and in the highest possible manner.
