I called James to get a quote while shopping for a new vehicle, this included my homeowners insurance. James was incredibly upfront about the increased cost to insure our EV, which is industry standard and we were aware of and already experiencing. James ran the quote with and without the new vehicle so I was able to compare apples to apples versus what I was paying now. Better auto coverage for a little cheaper and significantly better homeowners coverage for $3 more a year. After getting the quote a few weeks past until I found the vehicle I purchased. Being it was over the weekend I messaged James the start of business Monday morning and everything was ready for me upon getting to the dealership early that afternoon. Fast forward a few weeks and I notice my previous insurer is preparing to withdraw my monthly payment. Quick message to James and he finds the previous insurer had not canceled the policy. I was CC’d on an e-mail within an hour or so providing dated proof of cancellation and a follow-up phone call. Better coverage for less money and outstanding service, will absolutely recommend.
