1 /5 Francisco Soto: Insurance agents are horrible. Have been trying to get insurance for two months. I call daily about 15 times a day and no response. Once in a while will get a text stating they will call me soon and nothing. They still have my deposit. Do not contact this agency they will steal your money and never give you what you need or want

2 /5 Willendy232: Terrible on-line issues. I was able to pay on-line but when I tried to get a copy of my policy, error messages and no resolution. No response to emails for help either.

4 /5 Laurie Smith: Everything has improved. Im still not happy with the online experience that is very difficult to manage. I gave up and asked for hard copy bills. However, Carrie is wonderful and responsive.

1 /5 Trentonpowers Powers: If there was a way to leave no stars, I would! We have been insured for over 40 years with NO CLAIMS on my property. Recently we get an inspection and were dropped because we had a tree limb growing near a roof of one of the outer buildings, not even touching!! This could have been easily removed, as we did so, yet North Country through palmers family insurance agency dropped us instantly. This is how insurance companies make their monies, by taking it for years, and cancelling you out before there is any risk of a claim in which we never had nor was going to have. The North country Insurance company and Palmer Family insurance company are nothing less than legalized extortionists. STAY AWAY from these agencies!!!

1 /5 AI B: If you really dont want to go through hell with your policy you will do yourself a favor and dont try this company. Created a policy for trucking the agents barely understand or speak English. I dont have nothing against speaking Spanish but, they dont even understand in Spanish what you need. You as a client knows more than them. Everything is a mystery nobody knows anything and they pass the hot potatoes to everyone. Provide with misinformation all the time, you leave messages or emails they dont respond. You cancel your policy and they refuse to help during the process. You ask for change to policy and they give you a lot of different information and even submit change without your approval. However they are great of keeping your money, even after cancelation refuse to send money back or communicate with finance company in regards to cancelation. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AT ALL
