Deedee Lopez I don’t ever write reviews but i felt compelled to write one after my experience. I went in for an auto quote and I had Gladys Collins help me through everything. She was extremely helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. I was more than satisfied with the service she provided!!!

Reina Amazing! Tammy is the most knowledgeable and kindest person. Best insurance company! They work with you!!! Very easy process, payments online or in person, very quick easy communication I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!

Lisa Murray I was in an impossible situation. I had an insurance company for 7 years. They were not renewing people because they were going out of business. It ended up being a godsend in the end. However, when I called around to get new insurance I found out that my old insurance company did not do me any favors. It was so defeating. The quotes I was getting would have sent me into bankruptcy they were so high. Then my friend told me about Freeway. I’d never heard of them and did not know what to expect. I called on a Saturday morning and had insurance that afternoon. Melissa was my agent. She was so nice, so personable. She was relatable and I could tell she knew what she was talking about and wanted to help me. I am not joking I am paying $800 less than I was before and I have more amenities with my package. It doesn’t hurt to give them a call and get a quote. And if you take my advice ask for Melissa. I’m sure others are great there too. However, she said she would follow up with me in a week and literally 7 days later on the dot she called me to see how things were going. You do not get this kind of service anywhere anymore.

Maria Galla Cant make contact with anyone at this company. Every phone number called, goes to voicemail which doesnt even state what company Im calling. Their toll free number directed me to options for savings or checking accounts!? My vehicle was damaged by a customer of theirs and the only way to reach anyone was by email, which sometimes was answered promptly, other times no response at all.
