Derek demonstrated true professionalism who deeply cares for customers like me. Derek took me through the process of obtaining a new policy and explained complicated issues in a simple manner. Derek has a keen sense to customers need and his top priority is customers satisfaction. He is an excellent communicator and when he says "Ill call you back" you can bet your life on it. Derek is also a great finisher, he will work tirelessly until the policy is finalized. And did i mentioned Customer Service? His, is exemplary, the best customer service one can hope for. Brian Saltzer Very unprofessional company and atrocious customer service. Farmers never paid out a claim for missed time from work and never covered there portion of no fault medical payments. I cannot recommend Farmers insurance.
