1 /5 Karina Klenchik: Nationwide as a company has always been great to me. The local branch has been less than helpful. I requested a change of address, my address was never changed. They charged me extra for a policy I never agreed to or signed up for. Corporate informed me the local branch did this. When I wanted to cancel, I submitted a request in writing and they did not follow through, charging me a late fee. Corporate confirmed that the local branch received the request, but never entered the information. There were multiple times I was told I would get a call back to address my questions, with no call back or follow up at all. Im disappointed that there is such a disconnect between Nationwide and the local branch. The company is great, but I had to cancel insurance with them because the local branch was so disappointing.
