Cybil who answered the phone was attentive from the get go in assisting with a complex situation for her client. Cybil went above and beyond even though we were less than a half hour before the agency closed for the evening. She got us the required documents flawlessly the first time and in such a quick manner I was SHOCKED. Public Citizen Excellent company, Olga was awesome! I was referred to Diamante Insurance by the national agent for progressive and as you may know Commercial Truck Insurance can be a bureaucratic nightmare in New York, but not with Olga and Diamante. They have experienced Insurance brokers who cut through the red tape and after days and days of headaches trying to get the proper procedure and jumping through hoops Olga got the job done in a few hours and got the policy going and got me insured at a fair rate. I am forever grateful and will use them for all of my Insurance needs in the future. A diamond in the rough--I give them my highest recommendation.
