Svetlana NEDEL I went in there earlier today and the security guard was so cocky rude and condescending. He violently said with a snotty attitude, where are you going? Never said hello or anything. Will never be doing business with this treasurers office again because they support a police state. This is why people are losing faith with police officers and security guards they think having a badge makes it okay to be rude and act like a little pompous snot nose. Kate Archibald I cannot say enough positive things about FNY. I had a car loan through them that I recently paid off, and the process was so smooth, from the initial paperwork to the final payoff of the loan. The rates were the lowest in the area, the online portal was extremely easy to use and secure, and there were no issues that arose from paying off the loan early. Should I ever need another auto loan, Id definitely go through them again.

Arvin Ghias Very bad attitude & I hope management will talk to them. People are in the line & only one teller is working and have bad attitude problems. All I asked how long will it take. She just doesn’t care. Management should communicate with their employees. It’s very competitive market & it’s not monopoly. I know why the reviews are below 2.5.
