1 /5 Maria DAmore: Was looking for a mortgage and wound up working with Thomas Henry who is suppodily a "senior" mortgage loan officer. Do not use him. If your application gets assigned to him, request someone else. I would go over a weeks without hearing from him. He would ask the same questions over and over again. He never requested documentation - including my income based repayment letter for my student loans. He said they use the 1% payment rule which is standard. I told him I had this letter stating my payment was much lower than the 1%. He didnt even want to see it. He didnt care that I was still in school. Both of these have been taken into account by other banks last year when I first started looking (had to pause for life changes). Last year I was qualified for a mortage from Ulster Savings when I was making aobut 35% less than Im making now. And HVCU couldnt seem to find anything for me. I went back to Ulser Savings with Jack Fanning who is far supior.

1 /5 J N: Terrible bank! This was my first time going here and I regret It. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was not welcomed. I regret letting them pull my credit! I applied for a personal loan and was denied because they only lend to US citizens. Yet I had proper documentation to show prof of my legal status. I have had and currently have personal loans and car loans through other credit unions and have never had this issue! Avoid this place! Your better of going to Mid Hudson valley federal credit union! I will never be coming back and will let others know about this. I feel like I was discriminated against. If I could rate 0 stars I would!

2 /5 April Davidoff: This branch allows their ATM to continue to be used by their customers with full knowledge that the ATM is not working correctly. My husband tried to withdraw $140 and the ATM only dispensed $40, meanwhile, our account shows $140 was withdrawn. When asked why the bank is allowing their customers to continue to use an ATM that they are fully aware is not functioning properly, we were told that "Marketing will not allow a sign or to take down the machine"!!!! Terrible situation. Very disappointed in this banks customer service.

5 /5 Carmen Bonne-Annee: This has been my bank since they opened in Lake Katrine in 2009. I have needed their services multiple times from making a simple deposit or withdrawal to getting information on CDs and other loans. I have never been disappointed with the branch. Their dedication and professionalism has been their standards. Thank you for coming to our community and changing how banking is done! :)
