5 /5 Melody melendez: I shopped here for the first time and the girl, joselyn was so helpful. I don’t know much about jewelry or styling and she made sure i was comfortable with the pieces i had and that they looked good. Definitely would return here for some more in the future.

1 /5 Richelle Ann Lawrence: The customer service in this store is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING….! I purchased jewelry there and both pieces broke. The moment I walked to the register to return it: the cashier started rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing. Her entire demeanor and body language was just extremely unpleasant and you can tell she hates her job and just didn’t want to be bothered or be at work yesterday. She told me, she cannot return the broken jewelry. When I asked why, she then looks at me with an attitude and a very sarcastic tone: I am going to exchange one of them for you as a favor. Excuse me? I dumped both pieces in the garbage and walked out. She needs to be trained all over again on what proper customer service is….

4 /5 Mahfuzul Hoq: We were blown away by the stunning and diverse collection of jewelry at the store. The range of styles is truly impressive, encompassing everything from elegant gold-plated pieces to intricately crafted stone works and diamond cuts to trendy fabric embedded designs. We ended up purchasing a variety of items, including rings, bracelets, pendants, and bold necklaces. Overall, we found the pricing to be very reasonable, and we were pleased with the value we received for our money. However, while we were delighted with the jewelry itself, we were disappointed with the post-sales packaging. Unfortunately, the packaging didnt live up to the high standards of the products themselves. Furthermore, we encountered some issues with the behavior of the staff during our visit. Specifically, when we requested extra bags due to the large number of items (valuing more than 100$) we were purchasing, the cashier we spoke to responded in a rather unfriendly and unhelpful manner. She simply stated that she didnt have enough bags, without offering any further assistance or suggestions.

1 /5 Tanya Fields: I will never beg anyone to take my money. Went in today at about 2pm or so. The young lady with a red sweater and a sweet face in the store was on the phone.I stood around for awhile and she never hung up. I asked about nose rings, she was only half listening. I explained I needed a larger nose ring thinking she would help, still with phone pressed to her ear she waves at the wall and says “whatever we have here is what we have”. No offer to help, differentiate between the dozens of rings on the wall, just sitting in hold completely not paying attention to me. Doesn’t ask if I need help or to give her a minute. Just waves and the wall and essentially ignores me. Exasperated I walked out and she uttered not a word to check in as I did. Went to the kiosk “VIP” a few feet away. Top notch service, showed me different styles, materials and even changed the ring. I ended up getting something extra as well. It’s like the place doesn’t want to make money. I know it’s hard out here right now and the holiday crowd is probably rough but it’s been a minute since I’ve been treating so dismissively. Someone suggested the place because I buy a lot of costume jewelry but I will not be back.

1 /5 Tiara Jennings: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked in and was not greeted. Only worker in the store at 10am on 12/22 was not helpful and when I asked her a question she did not even bother to look up from what she was doing. Didn’t even bother spending my money.
