5 /5 jon pachman: Thank You Inbar at Leo Fernandez : Allstate Insurance! I have been with Leo Fernandez: Allstate Insurance for close to 20 years because they are always looking out for me. Recently I inquired about any savings that i might be able to get because unfortunately I had been in an accident and I lost my 35% good driver discount. Inbar one of the reps spent much time with me going over the different options I had available to me to save on my monthly insurance which had gone from about 100$ a month to $300+ a month. She came up with the following recommendations of actions i could take to reduce my monthly charges. Namely: 1) Take the Accident Prevention Course online to get an automatic 5% discount 2) If my lein on the car was paid off I could remove Collision and Comprehensive coverage which since its an older car and I am not driving it that much to begin with it might not be worth it to me to pay the extra monthly charge 3) Since I am no longer using the car for commuting to work , we could specify it is a pleasure vehicle. 4) She also mentioned that if i present proof of the last 2 years mileage (i.e. oil change receipts or inspection stickers) if it falls below a certain threshold I would get more savings. Its nice to know that these days when everyone is getting squeezed that some people/companies are really out there trying to help.

1 /5 Nitin Jacob: Do not go. The customer service is absolutely terrible and the information being obtained is not accurate. The representative said I didn’t have insurance but I have confirmed with my current car insurance provider I have insurance and have proof of insurance. The customer service representative was VERY unhelpful and not professional at all. The information they are receiving is inaccurate from wherever they are pulling information from and as such I would stay away from them! I was able to call State Farm and they were able to provide accurate information saying I do have car insurance and there are no claims history either. Go with State Farm over this branch.
