1 /5 John Rivera: For 6 months trying to get a sit down to replace my Life Policy and of the 7 calls I made to try to speak with someone and the promise of a return call, I received only one. The call came in while in a business conference call and requested a return call that I did not get. But the individual did ask if I would purchase a Whole Life of which I said no and wanted another term life....since Term is what I needed and Whole life is what they wanted me to get....I never got a return call.....I have been a client for 20 years and this has always been the problem with this office, lack of follow up and no follow thru...I replaced my policy the next day with State farm....

5 /5 Mr Wonderful: Kevins customer service is better than any Agency I have been with. They answer my questions, call me when I am late on my payment and always work hard to give me great coverage at a great price. Thanks Kevin!!

1 /5 Media Maven: I dealt with Kevin Franchino office for months trying to get proper paper work and information. This office never responds back and will not follow through on their proper procedures. Mr. Franchino will not help or provide information when you call to ask for help. I would NOT recommend going to this agent. It’s a shame because I have had Allstate for years.

1 /5 B V: I am a customer for last 5 years. I tried calling this office for last couple of days. Left several messages but no one returned my call. I was told that they were going to do auto pay but when I checked my account the monthly payment was not taken and they charged me a fine. No idea how to reach them.
