5 /5 Terrence Carpentier: I’ll be the first to admit I’m a pretty high maintenance customer when I need help with insurance related issues. The team at this location - especially Kate - are super efficient. I never have to hang up and call someone else or wait days for a response. When it comes to insurance matters, efficiency is the most impotent thing to me. I’ll send off an email or make a call and I’ll have the response I need almost immediately. Rates are also competitive - I’ve looked, as any prudent customer would do. I check reviews of everything before I buy, and it takes a lot for me to leave a positive review of anything because it’s rare you come across a product or service that TRULY delivers. 5 stars from me. A+
