Jonah Minkoff-Zern We worked with Joe for a few years. While he was patient working through various issues with us, it felt that he didnt have time to help in the end. Last year he made a mistake filing our taxes - which is OK - mistakes happen - but instead of taking the time to fix it or look into it, he put it back on me to try to figure it out when I received the notification from the State. It took a lot of time and effort for me to figure out what had happened (as Im not an accountant) and when he finally took the time to look and realized that he had made a not insignificant mistake - a mistake that led to us planing financially for a return that was much higher than our actual return; he didnt offer an apology - let alone a discount off a rate that somehow had increased by 50% from the previous year without warning (I found out when I received an invoice). Im sure for other accounts he could do better - for people with more knowledge of the tax system, etc. as I do think he is knowledgeable. It definitely was not a good experience for us in the end.

I had them in my business for many years and my son continues to them since the early 1980s. I have continued to use them for my personal business in both checking, savings as well as our CD accounts. They offer the best interest rates of any bank in the Mohawk Valley. The branch offers not only courteous client information but many of the staff have become close friends. I highly recommend this office and trust you will experience what I have over the past years. Dallas Jones Since starting work in the plaza, Im at the bank frequently for my job. They are the kind of staff everywhere should employ. Friendly, kind, fast, and efficient. The two younger ladies (the ginger with glasses and the other one with streaks in the front of her hair) are always so passionate! Smiles galore. Theyre considerate, attentive, and they make me laugh everytime Im in. Also, the other lady with the cutest little curls and is usually wearing some of the prettiest jewelry to man... She cracks me up! She recommends me movies to watch when I get home after work, and theyre always good! Overall, the staff here are the best in the business. Would 100% recommended switching to this bank, because theyre just better!
