I received very prompt, courteous, and professional care and the facility itself was very clean and very well maintained. I then met with him personally to learn more about the 403b options that are available to me. He was patient and extremely passionate and informative regarding the topic. He went out of his way to compare my current plan with the other plans available to me. There was absolutely no pressure to use his services. He genuinely wanted to inform teachers about this issue and was willing to spend the time necessary to educate me. I have continued to work with Ken over the past 2 years, setting up plans that are appropriate for me and my financial situation.
