5 /5 Prof. John: I was a client of Bill Kehns (may he rest in peace) for probably over 35 years. We became closer than CPA and client. I liked him very much and could always count on him in all tax matters. Aaron With is a great person to fill Bills shoes. I like him and also count on him for professional tax help. I will remain with the firm until I am not longer on this earth, and trust, if my wife is still here, she will continue to count on Aaron for tax issues. The staff has always been kind, understanding, and helpful. You can not go wrong with the firm.

1 /5 Mikayla DiLorenzo: My parents have been going to see him for years and that’s how the recommendation came. We went during tax season. I have a W2 from one job. My husband is self employed. Our taxes somehow got messed up. We were getting mail from the IRS on a WEEKLY basis. It was difficult to get in with him or even speak to him on the phone. We were receiving penalties and didn’t understand why considering we paid him to make sure it was all done and taken care of. My parents had the same thing happen to them this year as well and it’s August and are still dealing with the IRS and Aaron. My mom called this morning in regards to a state refund that she was told would take 3 weeks to come. It’s been over three weeks, she called and the lady at the front desk started yelling at her on the phone. Unprofessional and no accountability. We all will be finding a new accountant for next year.
