1 /5 Bob Good: Needed work performed on an IRS document that targeted my 2023 taxes. The dead line was September 3rd. Sam stated that he would take a look at it even though he had a heavy work load. The docs were handed off around the first week of August. Texted him on August 11 to see the status. He replied "Hey Bob, I will take a look and let you know, thanks". I sent similar texts on August 15 and 21. His text back on the 21st responded that he was going to start working on it very soon. August 29, Sent him another text, I was very polite and professional. Response "I will let you know when I have an update". I called him and it was a generic conversation, still no headway. On Tuesday, September 2nd, (one day before deadline) I requested that he leave the document at the front desk and my wife will pick it up. He agreed. No work done on it. Me and the wife were very disappointed because he could have said that he didnt have the time and I would have went elsewhere. He called me after my wife stormed out of his office, he was told of his cold and unprofessional nature. I hope that others had a better experience with Sam. We are going someplace else that gives you the time of day and is a little more professional. BTW, we are over the deadline and sent the document to another tax person. Apparently interest is accruing as of this posting. Not happy with HD Financial.
