5 /5 Rosa Yanes: Let this be the review to convince you that the individuals at this branch go above and beyond to help you. I was interested in a car loan and had come here based off their other amazing reviews. As a first time car owner, this process was beyond stressful. Cristy who went the extra mile for me, to listening to me, to reassuring me, and to even giving me a hug when I got overwhelmed really made me feel like I did the right thing by coming here for my loan. Veronica who works in the loan department was just as amazing, and really took the time to help me get through this process as well. The whole team worked together to make what was already a stressful process, less stressul. When I first came in, I was greeted by Kelly who answered any questions I had. So if you’re deciding between any other credit union or bank or just have some questions. Please come here. They’re an amazing staff and deserve all the recognition!! Thankyou to the team for helping me get my car :)

5 /5 karen matthews: I have been a member of IFCU for about 47 years. Recently moved to Riverhead. Every time Ive been in the Credit Union Christopher has helped me. Im pretty sure he is the nicest person in the world! It really is so awesome to see him & have him help me. Yesterday I opened a couple of CDs & Christopher was so eager to open them. Christy came over & watched him - he did awesome. A breath of fresh air to know that there are still awesome people in this world like Christopher & Christy. Thanks! I appreciate you two so much. 5 /5 Yup Jetlag: I have had nothing but positive things to say about the Riverhead Branch. Christopher is amazing , he is always cheerful and professional. I always feel valued when I go there. The branch has a hometown feel with it being personal.
