1 /5 Amanda Martin: You guys have just 1 person working at the phone operating system. I called. I hung up on the lady because she was repeating herself and just frustrating me. I called back 10 minutes later same lady and so I was like. Can I get transferred to somebody else? And she hangs up on me so very unprofessional. Here I would like to talk to a manager so I call back again. And its been 30 minutes now and I have not received a call.

3 /5 katie west: It would be cool if there times were updated on the website. Says they are open on Saturday until 9-12. Even went to the door and it said they should be open but weren’t.

1 /5 Michael Cantatore: In the past years I have received New York State checks with both mine and my wifes name on them my name is the only one on the account to receive another state check and all of a sudden she have to have ID again when they told me I would need it because her own work checks get deposited into my bank account play hold that check out of my account and now all my other bills are going to bounce and now theyre telling me its going to be four to five business days before I can take my wife in there to show ID all everyone keeps saying on the phone or in the bank is theyre sorry I lost 2 hours of work my wife lost 2 hours of work because we had to show ID and now they dont have the check so I have to lose another 4 hours of work to go back when they do get the check they wont even compensate any of my lost wages or anything and now Im negative in my account and I wont help me
