They were quick to get us a check cut for contents and hotel / rental accommodations we couldn’t have been more thankful (within a week) then they processed the rest of our claim with speed and fairness. Within 3 weeks they cut us a check for the structure and now we can breath easy knowing we will be ok. I felt the costumer service was incredible (no automated calling you speak to a person). They got us back on our feet and we don’t have to worry about a place to live or rebuilding. I highly recommend this company.
