I have needed their services multiple times from making a simple deposit or withdrawal to getting information on CDs and other loans. I have never been disappointed with the branch. Shamual Nektalov Omg i had the worst experience ever there.I just came in, and this lady named Snagreta looked at me like I was an illegal alien and didnt even ask me what I needed if I wanted to speak to a seller or nothing.She just disregarding me as if im not a human being. Mary R If you like doing business with a bank that is antiquated this is your place. If you try to make a payment before its due to avoid a late fee their system is antiquated and youre supposed to know to call them and go through all of their prompts instead of trying to pay it online which it should be able to take a payment but of course they have it set up so that you end up paying a fee and pay late because their system doesnt process it on time. Convenient to them to not have an adequate payment system that can take your payment when its made so then they get to charge you another fee. Absolutely disgusting
